What you need:
one 3" diameter clay pot,
one 2.5" diameter clay pot,
hot glue or wood glue,
black and white paint,
brush,
black and white pipe cleaners,
a 1" diameter button with two holes,
two beads,
optionally cress seeds and cotton wool
Put the two clay pots on top of each other
with their bottoms and glue them
together.

The smaller pot is the upper one.
Let the glue dry. Paint the clay pots white. Let the paint dry.
Then draw a black cow pattern onto the pots. Let the paint dry
too.

Glue the button onto the rim of the upper pot.
That's the nose of the
cow.

Draw two small eyes to the left and right of the nose.
Cut off two short pieces of the pipe cleaners.
Stick these pieces into the upper pot as
horns.

Then cut off two longer pieces of the pipe cleaners.
Tie, sew, or glue a bead to each piece.
Glue these "arms" to the left and right of the
cow.

You can put a small plant into the upper pot.

If you do not have a plant, you can also fill the pot with cotton wool. If you then sow the seeds of cress onto the cotton wool and keep the cotton wool moist, you'll get a funny herb cow in about ten
days.
